Keep the fucking cops outta our synagogues. That’s not gonna help at all besides alienate black and brown Jews, trans Jews, and other intersectionally marginalized Jews more and put the whole community further on edge
Cops can’t and won’t save us, white supremacists are in the force.
Okay. We’ve gotten a lot of replies to this post from people like @halfwitwolf or @sideshowaarti who are ignorant or confused on the subject, and many more who are intensional boot lickers, so let’s make our position clear.
Cops exist as an institution to feed into the legal system, ensuring the prisons maintain population and ensuring that civilians are subjected to state violence. The rich are essentially immune to these punishments. The enforcement is lopsided against minorities, and then the legal structure is ALSO lopsided. On top of that, the laws themselves are lopsided. Every single cop – regardless of their individual details – are the actors of state violence and, by definition, carry out the most direct front ofbcivilian contact with oppression. Every single cop upholds every single form of oppression because the law is oppressive, the legal systems are oppressive, the prisons are oppressive and the state is oppressive. A black cop is still upholding and enforcing white supremacy, no matter how much he deluded himself into thinking that he’s “changing it from within”. We don’t want representation in the police force – the police force is oppressive by definition. It’s domestic state violence. They are the footmen of enforcing bourgeoisie sensibilities and desires at the expense of everyone. It’s the same with the military. We don’t want “diversity” in the military – the military’s only real function is imperialism and murderong millions abroad in the name of securing profits and markets for the capitalists to benefit from. A black soldier is still shooting kids in the Middle East, him being black changes NOTHING. A gay cop is still participating in class warfare on the side of the bourgeoisie, working against her own community and other marginalized communities.
All cops, every single one, are bastards. They are class traitors and “diverse” cops is the most ridiculously liberal bull crap. Individuals cannot and do not disrupt the systematic nature of oppression from within the system. Individual cops are irrelevant, and ones thinking they’re good apples are the biggest fools of all.
So about this project. For awhile now I’ve noticed almost every single time I see a darker skinned black woman “going viral”, she’s half naked, oiled up, and/or sexualized in some way shape or form. It’s very rarely ever “Look at this amazing dark skinned woman who accomplished this thing.” Or “Look at her smile, she’s gorgeous”. Please don’t misinterpret what I’m saying. There is nothing wrong with darker women and black women in general being free and expressive about their sexuality and provocative features. BUT that is NOT ALL they are. They are so much more than sexual beings, but for some reason, that seems to be almost the only thing that grabs viral appreciation. So here’s my attempt to have darker skinned black women go viral for just being cute, creative, stylish, bubbly, beautiful, and black. Aside from the videographer EVERYONE involved in this project IS A BLACK WOMAN. I hope you guys like it. I ask that if you enjoyed this and agree with my objective, share it with a few people please.

Okay so when you sheer a sheep (I’m not 100% sure if she’s carding wool but i’m going to use it as an example as it’s still the basic idea) you don’t get nice locks of hair like with humans, you get a big old clump filled with dirt, oil, and god knows what else
Of course you wash that shit cause ewwww nasty. You can also dye it at this stage, so let’s do that cause we want some pretty yarn
Now we have to get it prepped for spinning! The problem is if we tried to spin it right now it wouldn’t work. All of the hair fibers are all in crazy directions and all knotted up so any yarn we spin would come out an absolute disaster that easily falls apart. But we can fix this via carding! Think of it like brushing your hair, but instead of a brush we’re using THOUSANDS UPON THOUSANDS OF NEEDLES cause we’re hardcore like that
It’s important to note that normally carding isn’t done so hands-on (although it does look fun) but used with either hand carders or carding machines
Carding, by the way, takes a long freakin’ time and a hell of a lot of arm muscle if you do it by hand. So of course in ye olden days they made children do it while the children’t weren’t busy dying or working in the mines or being stolen away by fae or something
But hey look! Thanks to all of that carding our fibers are now nice and neat and pointing in the same direction! Not only will it be far easier to spin, but it will be stronger too!
And thanks to the magic of this horribly drawn spinning wheel our fiber has turned into yarn! I am of course skipping a LOT of details and it’s way way way more complex and there’s all of this hand vs machine stuff but that’s the general gist of it
