I don’t care what godwin says. I don’t care if you are a historian. I don’t care if you know Romani and Jewish people.

I really don’t give a fuck. 

You don’t get to since the Holocaust abuse comparisons to the Holocaust and abuse our collective, communal, and generational trauma while gas-lighting and playing mind games with us and telling us to get over it to then turn around and expect us to fine and really uncomfortable with the comparisons. 

You just don’t.  

You are treating us, our dead, our trauma, and our history like props that you can pull out to use and then shove back into the attic when you are done with us. 

I would feel differently if you had not spent the past several decades misusing and abusing us, but you did abuse and misuse so that is where we are now.

And on top of all of that every time we have spoken out, every time we tried to get your attention, every time we tried to point out warning signs or asked for help because we never stopped dealing with nazis and neo-nazis you told us to shut up and get over it. 

So no if you are not Jewish and/or Romani you do not get to make Holocaust comparisons.
