genuinely heard someone claim that fruit isn’t vegan because they require pollinators such as bees and now i need to lie down for the rest of my life

All I know is that figs aren’t vegan, but that’s because a wasp dies inside each one.

So my fig tree is actually killing wasps? That’s super frikking neat.

Technically they have wasps in them… But they are digested down into protein so it’s not like there’s a wasp carcass all crunchy and stuff inside.

Why you gotta take out the fun out of figs. 😛
