This you can do for a full-time caregiver of a person whose teminally ill

* Offering encouragement is appreciated

*Cook a meal for them on occasion because 9 times out of 10 they aren’t eating right

* Sit with their person and let then rest or take a breather

* Help read up their house because who has time to clean when they are whipe someones butt, feeding, bathing, managing medicines. All on 2 -3 hours of sleep

*Check in on them make sure their eating and sleeping because you can bet they aren’t.

*Send money because it’s always needed medical teating,meds, gas to 5 appointments a week is expensive.

* Sit with them when they have a quiet minute and take care of them for a moment. Pour into them a minute fraction of what they are pouring out.

*Bring food,snacks,or clean clothes to the hospital

Not all of this requires money. Just being supportive of the caregiver goes a long way. Imagine pouring all your energy into someone else that you have almost nothing left for yourself. Often times a little love and kindness can help replenish that persons lack of energy.
