Just so we’re clear: janiedean, getsuchan, and all those other eurotrash asswipes do not care about the disabled victims of the Holocaust or the LGBTQ victims at all – they are literally just using them as props in order to harass Jews and Roma because they’re mad that we lived to hold them accountable for reaping privileges at our expense. They don’t like being reminded of the fact that they are the grandchildren and great-grandchildren of people who handed their Jewish and Romani populations over to the Nazis, or of the fact that their countries ultimately benefitted financially from our genocide, so they choose to recast themselves purely as victims and then punish us by shouting us down whenever we object to them inserting themselves into the story of our trauma. 

This is a gaslighting tactic being employed to execute Holocaust revisionism. Instead of denying the Holocaust, their goal is to decentralise the impact of the Holocaust on Jewish and Romani communities in order to strip of us our ability to make them feel guilty for being complicit in our genocide. 

It’s a page straight out of the “All Lives Matter” playbook. Don’t like that Black people are hurting your precious white fee-fees by pointing out that you benefit from a system of oppression that was explicitly devised to disenfranchise people based on their race? All you have to do is turn the tables and accuse anybody protesting the murders of unarmed Black people of being racist for not being inclusive enough! “See, isn’t it true that you, the person whose oppression benefits me, are the real racist for not including other people in your campaign/trauma/etc? What would Dr King/Primo Levi say about you excluding us from your rhetoric? Because it’s obviously totally not racist of us to trot out a dead activist from your ethnic group and twist their words to make it sound like they would agree with us. See, we’re not the bad ones, you are!” 

There is no bullshit more transparent and disgusting than white Europeans trying to worm their way out of accountability by blaming their own victims of being the oppressive ones. The truth is, they would rather have a world devoid of Jews and Roma where they could say “Oh, they were wiped out, how sad,” rather than to have Jews and Roma alive today who hold them accountable for their nations’ sins. 

This whole thing about disabled and LGBTQ victims of the Holocaust is all just a smokescreen that allows them to vent their frustration couched in terms they can get away with. Make no mistake: It’s all code. What they really mean to say is “We’re tired of listening to you gypsies and kikes whinge about how we helped murder you, fuck off!” Their families have hated Jewish and Romani people for centuries. Don’t ever believe these assholes are any different.
