My body is an allergy riddled mess plz help

So… my allergies have me bedridden with a sinus headache and severe shortness of breath. Like, I am struggling at work and almost passed out yesterday from lack of oxygen. I need to deep clean the apartment, but my vacuum cleaner recently broke.

I just spent $50 on allergy meds and inhalers so I do not have the spare cash to get a new vacuum cleaner. I can get a cheap one for about $50, so if people could just shoot me some money so I can pick one up today, that would be a huge help!
