Help a very ill preschool teacher out

Hey everyone, I’m Dave and I’m a trans and gay preschool teacher, it’s one week until my birthday and I’m extremely ill. I have pneumonia and a kidney infection that are presumably not responding to antibiotics. I’m on multiple forms of pain management, but I need to get refills and I need refills on my nausea medication to help me keep my antibiotics down.

I have been out of work for a week and I can’t return until Monday. August 3rd would be my payday and birthday, but I’m going to be short about $800 for bills this month.
